CoderDojo Austin is a programming club for ages 7-17. We are a free event, but you must register to attend.
All levels welcome!
New programmers and Ninjas working on their yellow belt can work on Scratch. Scratch is a programming language and an online community where young people can program and share interactive media such as stories, games, and animation with people from all over the world.
Mentors with be available for students wanting to work on their own independent project.
CoderDojo Austin implements a belt system. 5 visits to any of our 3 Dojos (Northwest, North and South) count towards a white belt.
Important Notes for Attendees:
Bring a laptop and charger.
If you need to borrow a laptop, please let us know BEFORE this event.
Bring a snack if you’d like
The first 10 minutes of this event will be set-up, sign in and getting set up with wifi.
Kids ages 7-12 must attend with a parent. Please register seperately.
